"Science in Startups", Kavitha Sairam, Founder of Fibsol, highlighted how organic farming may increase farmers' income by twofold, develop their farmland, and promote environmentally sustainable farming. Also joined by Mr. Kumaravel, spouse of Kavitha Sairam, emphasized the challenges faced by women entrepreneurs, the family's responsibility to provide them the backing, and the necessity of initiating regular distribution of works right from the family level.
"Resilience", Hari Ganapathy, co-founder of Pickyourtrail explained that the activities that one engages during a holiday is what defines the holiday. Having understood that, he started focusing on delivering fulfilling activities for the vacation. Accompanied by his mother Ms. Kausalya, emphasized on the autonomy one gains in the journey and letting them experience how they want to grow without too many constraints can help them be successful in their venture.
"Sales in a Venture", Siddharth Sridharan and Rajiv Ramanan, Founders of Spendflo mentioned that Start-up founders should not get discouraged by the repeated negative responses, since repeated "no" means a "yes" is just around the corner. One should meet as many customers as possible if the sales have to grow faster...
"Opportunities for growth", Dr Saundarya Rajesh highlighted how she had been very clear about starting her venture AVTAR Career Creators in the areas of Diversity, Equity and Inclusivity (DEI) with a clear focus on generating revenues and ensuring sustenance of the business and how DEI strengthens businesses rather than weaken it.
"Fresh Perspective", Anil Srinivasan, Founder of Rhapsody Music Foundation shared how he has been using music to reinforce learning maths and science in school children. Chandrasekharan Kunjithapatham, the CEO of Shrimati Indira Gandhi College and Santhanam group of educational institutions who also has played an important role as an investor and customer, emphasized that interesting ideas from entrepreneurs should be supported.

"Experiment fearlessly" was the key message to entrepreneurs given by G V Krishnan ( GVK ) co-founder of Timeless Beauty Secrets. If we have a great product, the remaining 3P's viz., Price, Place and Promotions become simple.
"From Solution to Start-up", Entrepreneurs are often asked: What problem are you trying to address? Kannan Lakshminarayan Founder - Director, Skillveri and Parallel entrepreneur narrated his experience of ATM Manufacturing at his earlier start-up Vortex who is also joined by Prof. Venkata Rao underlined the importance of having both domain as well as business skills for being successful in entrepreneurship.
"The challenge of change", Badri Seshadri, MD at New Horizon Media and Synprosoft highlighted that education, experience are not necessary to found a start-up. What is needed is Passion. When the presence of new entrants is felt in the marketplace, competitive pressures are likely to be made by existing players.
