Dear Applicant,

Thank you for your interest in the VLM program jointly offered by IIM Calcutta, IIT Kanpur and IIT Madras. As you are preparing to submit your application, we suggest that you read all the admission related information available for this program.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN IN EACH SECTION WHILE FILLING YOUR APPLICATION. WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO TAKE A PRINT OF THESE GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR EASY REFERENCE.

1. Application Process

• Application should be submitted online.

Copies of certificates to be uploaded at the time of filling the application (in PDF < 1MB each):

• Passport size photo (in JPG)
• Signature photo (in JPG)
• 10th Marksheet
• 12th Marksheet
• Bachelor's Degree Certificate and Marksheets
• PG Degree Certificate and Marksheets (if applicable)
• Experience Letters
• Sponsorship Letter (if applicable)
• CV with details of work experience only (not exceeding 3 pages)

2. Application deadline

• The deadline for submitting the application online is November 17th, 2026, 11.59pm IST. It is the applicant's responsibility to ensure that the application and the fee is submitted before the deadline. Only those applications that are completed and for which the application fee has been received would be considered for the selection process.

3. Application fee

• The application fee (non-refundable) is ₹5000.00 (Five Thousand Rupees only). The fees have to be paid online, as part of the application process.

4. Correctness of information provided

The applicant will bear the full responsibility for the correctness and accuracy of the information given in the application. Applicants are therefore strongly advised to verify the information provided by them before submitting the application. No changes are possible after the application has been submitted. Misrepresentation or providing wrong information, knowingly or otherwise, will result in the application being summarily rejected at any stage of the application process.
