This one-day event brings together thought leaders and experts across industry and academia to diagnose insurance issues and collaboratively explore potential solutions. The symposium is uniquely designed to discuss the wicked problems as well as to propose solutions for these in the same forum. The forenoon session will have insightful speeches by senior industry leaders who will discuss the problems and challenges they face in the areas of Customer experience, Distribution, Product design and Risk management. The afternoon session will have experienced members of the academia to showcase how the problems may be addressed through academic and research expertise. The academia will talk about the application of cutting-edge technology such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Block chain, Game theory, Cybersecurity and Data analytics in finance.
