It’s official now! Embracing the EMBA Experience at IITM Chennai, A Journey of Growth and Discovery.

My journey as an EMBA student culminates on July 19th 2024 with a convocation ceremony, a moment I’ll cherish forever.

Looking back, I’m incredibly proud to have achieved an incredible CGPA, a testament to the hard work and dedication I poured into this program and the encouragement I received from everyone. But beyond the numbers, it was the transformative experience that truly resonated with me.

Enrolling in the EMBA program at IIT Madras has been one of the most pivotal decisions in my career. With the goal of transitioning from a technical role as an AI Product Architect to a leadership position in management, this program has been the perfect stepping stone.

As a recent graduate of IIT Madras EMBA program, I can confidently say the program is highly valuable. While the pace can be demanding at times, the well-structured curriculum ensures a smooth and logical progression.

The professors are exceptional, and I feel incredibly fortunate to be a part of this esteemed institution. From day one, the learning experience has been transformative, consistently offering new and valuable insights.

A key highlight for me has been the diverse cohort I was a part of. Interacting with professionals from various industries, backgrounds, and perspectives provided invaluable insights. Pursuing an MBA has long been a goal of mine, and earning my degree from IIT Madras, the nation’s top institution, has been one of the most rewarding decisions of my life. The team assignments, debates over differing opinions, and hours of discussions were all worth the time and effort in the end. Having been out of school and in the workforce for many years, I had to carefully consider my choice of institution, and I am truly delighted to have chosen IITM. The diverse cohort encourages you to think outside the box and prepares you for the challenging years ahead in your career. The program brought us together and helped us bring our best to the table. An MBA offers a new perspective on your area of work, function, or department. It allows you to take on the mindset of an entrepreneur and consider all aspects of decision-making for sustainable business. I would recommend that all professionals, at some point, seek exposure to management studies.
