Professor of Business and Organizational Psychology, Department of Management Studies, IIT Madras, Dr. Lata Dyaram teaches Organization Theory, Strategic Human Resource Management, Organization Behaviour, Leadership and Transformation, and Organization Development, bridging theory and practice.
With over two decades of experience spanning academia and industry, the Professor combines scholarly rigor with practical impact. Her research covers Organization and Management Studies, Work and Workplace Studies among others, with publications in leading journals. She has held key administrative roles and partners with industry to deliver tailored learning solutions across industry sectors. She leads Executive Education and Leadership Development programs, drives Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, and provides Performance Coaching, Mentoring, Psychometric Assessments, and globally recognized certifications that set benchmarks in talent and leadership development.

Head - Behavioural Lab (BLab)
BLab leverages cutting-edge tools in analytics and the bio-technology ecosystem to advance research in behavioural science. We explore intricate phenomena pertaining to cognition, affect, and human behaviour in work and non-work contexts.
Our ongoing works employ Virtual Reality (VR) simulations within controlled settings, integrating biofeedback data such as Electroencephalogram (EEG), Electrodermal Activity (EDA), and Eye-Tracking to capture in-depth insights.
