ICRC – Industry Connect & Relations Committee (formerly MILS) is an entirely student-driven initiative of the Department of Management Studies, IIT Madras, aiming to make MBA candidates industry-ready through comprehensive connections.The key to industry readiness lies in exposing students to practical job aspects, essential skills, industry visits, and workshops encountered by professionals daily.To achieve this, ICRC facilitates interactions with industry experts—sharing frontline experiences via lectures, panels, industry visits, and hands-on sessions. Keeping pace with industry trends and student interests, we suggest contemporary, relevant topics that drive dynamic engagement. This creates a vibrant learning ecosystem where experts and MBAs actively question, debate, network, and collaborate—forging enduring industry relationships.
