PLACEMENT PROCESS

The placement season kicks off with the Summer Placement process for first-year students, running alongside the Pre-Placement Presentations for Final Placements. Following this, the Final Placement process for second-year students is conducted. Over time, the slotting policy for visiting companies at DoMS has been progressively refined.

Factors playing a vital role in deciding the order of visit to the campus are:

Profile Offered and student’s preference thereof
Past interactions with the Department
Compensation offered
Repute of the visiting company

This democratic way of slotting has contributed, significantly, to a high percentage of our alumni continuing in their first job for over 2 years to build stable and successful careers.
