The inputs by Mr. Sridhar were pro-founding and thoughtful. Some of his suggestions like to being practical, humble, making emotional connect with the panellists was wonderful to witness. Most importantly one should understand that apart from the skills needed as a part of JD, they are looking for how you are thinking and what your thought framework is. We simply loved his session.
