Organizational Behaviour Lab
Organizational Behaviour laboratory under aegis of XTIC IITM (https://xtic.org/) supports fundamental and advanced research on human behaviour - individual, groups/teams, and organisations across varied structural, technological, socio-economic, cultural, legal and other situational elements.
We believe OB lab with host of psychometric and assessment-based studies, qualitative measures, lab based behavioural studies, mixed research methods, field studies, large scale surveys, along with AR/VR engineering, bio-feedback & haptics feedback can meaningfully inform human functioning and behaviour prediction
We welcome collaboration with students and faculty in behavioural marketing, sociology, anthropology, political science, behavioural economics, social neuroscience, biomedical engineering and biotechnology.
Open MS/PhD Positions
Organizational Behaviour laboratory seeks applications from committed students with a strong interest in human behavioural analysis for its inter-disciplinary MS/PhD program. Students with 70% or above marks in Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in:

Desired background & Skills:
GATE – Qualified/Valid Score (3 years from date of qualification) OR ICMR/DST-INSPIRE – Qualified OR CSIR NET - Qualified
- Skills/project experience in:
- neuroimaging;
- biofeedback mechanisms;
- statistical analysis and modelling techniques - SPSS/SAS/MPlus/MATLAB/R Programming;
- critical thinking and basic programming—particularly skills relevant for effective behavioural analyses models, designs, interpretation and insights
