CAMS IIT-M Fintech Innovation Lab
About Us : CAMS IIT-M Fintech Innovation Lab (CIFIL) is a collaborative endeavour between Computer Age Management Services (CAMS) and the Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT Madras), aimed at propelling advancements in financial technology. CIFIL is a key component of CAMS’ Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, centred on nurturing innovation and uncovering novel possibilities within the Fintech domain.
Situated within the premises of IIT Madras, our Fintech Innovation Lab is dedicated to the development of research-driven decision support systems tailored specifically for participants in financial institutions and markets, harnessing the power of Fintech. Our focus extends to the creation of sophisticated, high-tech solutions designed to address the intricate needs of the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. In addition, we are committed to fostering the creation of innovative Fintech models that drive financial inclusion, ensuring that a wider spectrum of individuals and businesses can access and benefit from these financial innovations.
CIFIL also aims at being the hub dedicated to conduct research that will lead to patentable inventions. Our team aims to develop solutions for research problems existing across capital markets and the BFSI sector. CIFIL stands at the forefront of groundbreaking research and innovation in the financial technology arena, shaping the future of the industry through collaboration, research, and innovation.
