The Department of Management Studies (DoMS), IIT Madras is excited to announce the Call for Papers in the annual research event ‘Research Symposium’ to be held on 28th & 29th January 2022. The in-house research event aims towards increased scholars’ inclusion from multiple domains, improved engagement among senior and junior scholars and interactions with faculty. The two-day Symposium provides an excellent opportunity for department scholars to showcase their research work. The Symposium provides a platform for scholars to discuss their research topics and look for collaborative support from faculty across different functions. The Symposium will also feature keynote speakers from distinguished industry professionals and academicians. The event constitutes workshops and bheja fry sessions to accommodate formal and informal scholarly conversations.
The event invites paper submissions from a multidisciplinary background in the management discipline. The paper submissions will undergo a double-blind review process by a panel of faculty and scholars. The review panel will also serve as discussants during research presentations. Each submission will be evaluated based on the submission and presentation score. The scholars will not only have the opportunity to win exciting prizes but also receive a critical review of their research work. The event also provides an opportunity to enhance scholars’ communication & presentation skills.
We welcome multiple categories of papers - Empirical papers, Review papers, Conceptual papers, Work-in-progress papers and Poster presentations. The portal will be open soon to accept the manuscript submission. The Easy chair portal is now open to accept the manuscript submission.
